Pesto Experience

Treat yourself and your loved ones/friends to our Pesto Experience!
Pesto is a cold basil sauce, ideal with fresh handmade pasta and unconventional yummy tapas! Plus, it was also Sinatra’s favorite!
We’ll learn how to prepare it following the original recipe while sipping a glass of Cinque Terre wine and enjoying a typical local “aperitivo,” each one with a white marble mortar and the needed ingredients.
Once the sauce is done, we’ll taste it on local focaccia toasts, and in case you have some extra pesto left in your mortar, you’ll even get a food box to take it home!
Silvia will tell you everything about this basil sauce, its ingredients, and its conservation, and the ideal kinds of pasta and recipes to go with during the class.
Once back home, you’ll be able to impress your family and friends with a typically Italian Riviera meal.

The Pesto Experience is scheduled every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 12:30 and lasts about one hour.
